Last time we shared a go-to recipe for salad, so now here comes the soup!
Leigh’s Taco Soup (ala Mary Voss)
Brown 1lb ground beef with one small chopped onion. Then add one can each kidney beans and stewed tomatoes with an additional can of water. Mix in taco seasoning and simmer until it’s time to eat. Serve with chips, cheese and sour cream (unless you’d like to take advantage of the secret…the soup alone is actually a very healthy choice for a meal!).
