Handed down for 3 generations is our fourth recipe:
Gram’s Pork Chops (via Dr S)
Pam a glass dish and place your chops down in one layer. Then sprinkle brown sugar LIBERALLY over the chops and add a layer of ketchup on top of each (yes, I said ketchup—just go with it). Put thick slices of lemon over all pork surfaces and bake at 350 degrees until done (check at 40 minutes, the thickness of the chop will determine bake time). The secret: tastes like sweet and sour pork without all the calories and in less than half the work time!
